The Reflect & Reset workshop series (and workbooks) were designed to help you learn more about how you think, understand more in relation to why you think what you think, and start to consciously decide who you want to be and what kind of life you want to lead!
Discussion and activities will include:
- Reflect on your experience, interests, strengths, influences/role models, measures of success, etc.
- Reframe your perspective, thinking, language and intentions.
- Reset with renewed enthusiasm and a clear path to start creating a career you love!
